“Catch the Health Wave”

10:30am – 2:30pm

“Catch the Health Wave” Health Fair will include screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, vision, BMI, and Alzheimer. A cooking demonstration along with exercise demonstration by a personal trainer will occur. There will be a jump rope and hula hoop youth competition and information regarding heart attacks, strokes, and smoking cessation.
