Mission Statement:

To aid in the health and wellness of all, with compassion, care, and education.
Salaam Clinic was established in 2018 with the vision of bringing high quality, free, and equitable healthcare to the Northeast Ohio community.

Salaam Clinic is open for patients on Sundays from 1 pm-5 pm, please call (216) 243-7924 to schedule an appointment.

Our Physicians, Medical staff, and Executive Leadership:

Salaam Clinic has a volunteer medical staff of over 8 physicians and many more nurses, physician assistants, and support staff, who rotate on a regular basis.

Dr. Syed Shoaib Shah MD – Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Shah has been a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio. He attended Cleveland State University, and received his medical diploma from Sint Eustatius School of Medicine in 2014. Dr. Shah has been involved in medical research, consulting, and nonprofit work for the past 8 years.

Salaam Clinic offers primary and preventative healthcare services free of charge for the community.

What to Expect at your visit

Before your visit: To better serve you, please bring as much documentation related to your health needs as you can, this includes any information pertaining to medical history, copies of previous tests, lab work, x-rays, and a list of all current medications taken on a regular basis.

During your Appointment

Please be sure to ask your doctor any questions or state any concerns you may have.

After your visit

Salaam Clinic volunteer physicians will do the best to make every effort to schedule any follow up appointments that may be necessary. If you are referred elsewhere for consultation or otherwise, we will attempt to make the referral process as easy for you as can be.

If hospitalization is deemed necessary, we will coordinate arrangements and provide the hospital with as much information as deemed necessary.

Location and Directions:

We are located on the northwest corner of Euclid Avenue and East 75th street, in the lower level of the Bilal Masjid. There is street parking located on Euclid Ave in front of the building, and a parking lot in the rear of the building with the entrance located off of East 75th street.
