This program will provide a platform for girls to build their confidence and leadership skills while learning how to lead healthy, active lifestyles. This program will allow girls to talk about their health outside of school with the support of trusted adult women. Participants will also have the opportunity to participate in a swimming class. Lunch will be provided and resources, handouts, and incentives will be given out.
